Your phone or email provider also handles your communication under its own practices. The coverage calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent to WrightLife.
Health information
There are no website fields for diagnoses, medical records, Social Security numbers, or employee health details. Do not send those details by ordinary email. If health information is needed to evaluate coverage or an application, we will discuss an appropriate method and any required authorizations.
Technical website information
